I’m not a huge fan of change! Never have been. It’s probably my biggest fault when it comes to business. I tend to put the cruise control on when everything is going well. I guess it’s human nature but luckily I’ve been able to surround myself with others who are much better than me at this. I need the motivation whether is in my personal life or in the business world. When the guys with NSN approached me I was definitely hesitant but again, I need those folks in my world! Lucky for me they were persistent. With the programs and support that they have provided, it’s given us so many additional opportunities that we didn’t have before. I don’t feel like we have all of our eggs in one basket and we now have several vendors and avenues that just weren’t there before. We can service our existing customers better and reach out into other areas such as the specialty restoration companies. Most of all we can do it and still make a profit. Our margins overall have increased approximately 7% from the start and continue to get better. We just really couldn’t compete in the past, and now I truly feel we can.
